Order Cancellation Policy

Guidelines and procedures for cancelling an order with Eco Blend Solutions.

Conditions for Cancellation

To ensure a smooth process, please review the following conditions for cancelling an order.

Time Frame for Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests are only considered if made within 7 days of placing an order.
  • A request may not be approved if the order has been sent to the seller and the shipping process has started.
  • If an order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you may be able to follow the return process after delivery.
  • In some cases, you may be able to reject the product at your doorstep when the delivery is attempted.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • Log in to your Eco Blend Solutions account.
  • Navigate to the "My Orders" section.
  • Find the order you wish to cancel and select the "Cancel Order" option.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

Cancellation Fees

  • No cancellation fees will be charged for any order that is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
  • A nominal cancellation fee may be charged for orders that have been processed but have not yet been shipped.
  • Any applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Non-Cancellable Products

Certain items are not eligible for cancellation once an order is placed.

  • ECO BLEND SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED generally does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items, such as flowers and eatables.
  • However, if you can establish that the quality of a perishable product is not good, a refund or replacement may be possible.
  • Other specific products may be marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Our refund process for successfully cancelled orders is straightforward and aligns with our main Refund Policy.

Refund Processing

  • Once a cancellation is approved by ECO BLEND SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, the refund process will begin.
  • It will take approximately 7 days to process the refund to you.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • We may issue a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances, such as if a cancellation fee was applied.
